Share the Scouting Experience

Not all schools are designed to put you to sleep. At University of Scouting, there are fun and exciting classes that cover all aspects of Scouting. From hands on classes designed to teach you Scoutcraft and outdoor skills, to administrative courses helping you to streamline your unit, there is something for everyone.

This year will include dozens of new classes, as well as the option for youth that are at least 14 years of age and have attained the rank of First Class to attend (First Class rank requirement does not apply to Venturers with no troop affiliation). Scoutmasters can bring their youth leaders to learn fun new ideas for the home troop's program, and Scouts can bring their adult leaders to help them gain new perspectives on troop management, outdoor skills, advancement, ceremonies and more. University of Scouting is ideal for any adult looking to expand their knowledge of Scouting, and any mature youth scout looking to gain new skills to bring back to their home unit. For those interested, we offer degrees in the Scouting Sciences.
