Joining Scouting is easy, all you have to do is, choose a program, find and contact a unit, and fill out an application.
One: Choose a program
Read about the diffrent Scouting programs and choose the appropriate one for you:
Cub Scouts (1st - 5th grade boys)
Boy Scouts (11 - 17 year old boys)
Varsity Scouts (14 - 17 year old boys)
Venturing (14 - 20 year old boys and girls)
Two: Find and Contact a Unit
The Mt Diablo Silverado Council is divided into smaller geographical areas called districts. After clicking on the district that serves the area you live in, contact one of the following: Membership Chair, Distict Executive or Commissioner.

Three: Fill Out an Application
Fill out an application and give it to your unit to sign and turn in:
Youth Application: English and Spanish
Adult Application: English and Spanish
